Beshoi Tawadrous is currently working in Banque du Caire (BdC) as Head of Change, Transformation & Reengineering and he joined them since May 2018 . He is serving as a Non-Executive Board member at Egyserve. Egyserve is one the companies that BdC is investing capital in. One of Beshoi’s additional capacities since joining BdC is managing the Strategy Planning and Implentation of Banque du Caire. Beshoi has Transformed BdC in several aspects, Culture Transformation, Process & Reengineering Transformation, Digital Transformation and Infrastructure Transformation
Before joining BdC, Beshoi was Heading the Change in AWB Bank where he was leading the acquisition of AWB to Barclays Bank Egypt and this during the years of 2017 and early 2018
Prior to AWB, He worked with Barclays Bank PLC as Head of Change based out of Egypt. Beshoi has helped the bank to deliver complex programs worth 1 B EGP in around 5 years. Beshoi is a strong People Manager and Team player where he succeeded to build one of the most agile and flexible, young transformational teams across Barclays and this period started in 2008 and ended in 2017
Before Joining Barclays, Beshoi was an Engineering consultant in Dubai, where in a company called “ DC Pro Engineering “ where he succeeded in Building the company’s internal processes and he delivered several complex projects and this was in 2 years that started in 2006
Beshoi has started his career in Proctor & Gamble where he worked there for 3 years and those years included the final year of university. Beshoi worked for P&G from 2003 to 2006, Beshoi has also served in the military during the year of 2005 and early 2006
Beshoi holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Cairo(AUC), and he graduated in 2004. In addition to the Mechanical Engineering, Beshoi has a minor in Business Administration
Finally, Beshoi has been registered and completed very critical Executive Training in two of the top 10 Business Schools
1. Harvard Business School- Banking Executive Programme Training in collaboration with EBI and this was in 2019
2. London Business School- Executing Strategy for Results Executive Training and this was in 2022
