I'm currently leading the AI and Data Governance department at Ooredoo Qatar, where I focus on transforming the organization through responsible and impactful AI adoption, while ensuring that our data assets are properly governed, secure, and used strategically. My role brings together innovation and structure—centralizing all AI initiatives under one department to support business goals with clear governance, measurable outcomes, and sustainable value.

In parallel, I'm driving the implementation of a comprehensive data governance framework at Ooredoo Qatar. This involves setting up policies, processes, and standards to ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency across the organization—enabling smarter decisions and building a strong foundation for advanced analytics and AI.

My work spans cross-functional collaboration with industry partners, and technology providers, always aiming to bridge vision and execution. I'm passionate about making AI and data governance not just strategic priorities, but practical tools for enabling meaningful progress and transformation.
