Who we are?
It is a unique community and above all an inspiration for smart and creative women who are motivated to build their personal brand and develop their leadership skills. The council is made up of women who have achieved professional success and today bring their diverse business experience to a common cause: promoting female entrepreneurship, developing talent and supporting their aspirations and professional independence.
The women members come from sectors such as financial services, telecommunications, aviation, government, hospitality, healthcare, and education, with a primary focus on emerging markets across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Our mission is to empower women to realise their full potential so that it serves them and the community to which they contribute.
We achieve this by:
Developing women's leadership skills, building diversity in business and changing the environment to support women
Raising awareness of the benefits of women's participation in leadership
Changing the way we think about women's ambitions and aspirations
Supporting women in their paths towards achieving leadership positions
Inspiring women to take on the challenges of participation in management while maintaining harmony in their private lives
